The Privacy Policy describes how Sonaflo collects, processes, and protects personal data. Sonaflo's product surface is enterprise B2B; the primary personal data Sonaflo holds is the contact information of named users at customer organizations, plus operational telemetry.
Intended scope. The finalized policy will cover what data is collected (account, usage, support), why it is collected, how it is stored and secured, who it is shared with (subprocessors, integrations), how long it is retained, what rights data subjects have (access, deletion, portability, objection), how to exercise those rights, and how international data transfers are handled. The policy will be GDPR-compliant by default.
