Terms of Service

The Terms of Service describe what each party agrees to when using Sonaflo: the customer's representations about their right to upload measurement materials, the scope of Sonaflo's role as a workspace provider (not a measurement Vendor), the customer's data ownership, and the limits of Sonaflo's liability.

Intended scope. The finalized terms will cover service availability, customer responsibilities (including the warranty that customers have rights to upload the materials they ingest), data ownership and portability, intellectual property in the platform, fees and payment, term and termination, confidentiality, indemnification, limitation of liability, and standard contract clauses (assignment, governing law, dispute resolution, etc.).
